Fahrtenbuch genial! ist die ideale Lösung für die schnelle und
komfortable Erstellung und Verwaltung Ihres Fahrtenbuchs!
Einige Highlights kurz beschrieben:
Mit der Sonderfunktion "Automatische Generierung von Fahrten"
können Sie regelmäßig gefahrene Strecken mit wenigen Mausklicken
automatisch für große Zeiträume in Ihr Fahrtenbuch einfügen.
Beispiel: Sie fahren im Zeitraum 5. Juli 2003 - 17. August 2003 (außer
an Feiertagen) jeden Montag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag eine bestimmte Strecke.
Geben Sie die Daten in das Formular ein und die Fahrten werden daraus automatisch
generiert. Sie müssen also nicht mehr jede Fahrt einzeln eingeben, sondern
können die Sonderfunktion nutzen und somit jede Menge Zeit sparen!
Fahrtenbuch genial! ist darauf ausgelegt, das Erstellen eines Fahrtenbuchs
so einfach und schnell wie möglich zu erledigen. Dazu gehört
z.B. die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Strecken: Häufig gefahrene Strecken
können vordefiniert werden und beim Einfügen neuer Fahrten verwendet
werden. Außerdem ist es möglich, oft benutzte Orte, Anlässe
und Zwecke und Fahrtenkategorien zu speichern, um auf diese beim Einfügen
einer neuen Fahrt schnell zugreifen zu können.
Mit der Report-Funktion können Sie Ihr Fahrtenbuch
nach bestimmten Stichwörtern durchsuchen und die Suchergebnisse ggf.
nach Excel exportieren und ausdrucken lassen.
Der Excel-Export gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Fahrtenbuch
nach Excel zu exportieren um es dann z.B. auszudrucken.
Mit Hilfe der Kategorienauswertung können Sie das
Kilometer-Verhältnis der von Ihnen angelegten Fahrtenkategorien (z.B.
privat und geschäftlich) einsehen.
Sie können Ihre Grunddaten (Informationen zum Fahrzeughalter,
zum Fahrtenbuchführer, über das Auto, usw.) übersichtlich verwalten
und bearbeiten. Der Export in das Excel-Dokument ist flexibel.
